Acceptance
By using shoppahq.com or the Shoppa platform you agree to these terms. If you are using Shoppa on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
Shoppa provides a point of sale, a branded webstore, inventory, invoicing, suppliers, customers, financials and (on the Producer tier) production tools. Features and availability may evolve over time.
Fees & subscription
Shoppa is billed per location, per year: ₦150,000 for a standard location and ₦250,000 for a producing location. Optional add-ons (such as a custom domain) are billed as stated at purchase. Fees are payable in advance.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure, give accurate information, and use Shoppa lawfully. You are responsible for the content, products, prices and tax settings you enter, and for your dealings with your own customers and suppliers.
Payments
Online payments on your webstore are processed by our payment partner (Paystack). Their terms apply to those transactions. Shoppa does not take a commission on your sales.
Data & ownership
Your business data and customer relationships remain yours. We process them to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & liability
We work to keep Shoppa available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
